MUSCLE PAIN

Almost all pains including muscular pain in the body are described as Vataja in origin in Ayurveda. 

Ingredients:

Menthol
Cumin oil
Sesame oil

Common Recipes:

  1. Heat about 50 ml of sesame oil gently and apply it when warm on the affected portion, after taking hot fomentation.
  2. Dissolve 3 crystals of menthol and 2 drops of cumin oil in 3 teaspoons of sesame oil. For better results, you may use warm sesame oil. Apply this on the affected portion followed by a gentle massage for quick relief from muscular pain.
