The spices in your kitchen can be handy remedies when you run out of your stock of medicines. To get rid of flatulence and stomach disorder, mix a teaspoon of ajowan seeds with 1/2 spoon of rock salt. Take the mixture with a glass of water

Make drinking your habit - get at least 1 litre of fluids per day, to help absorb nutrients better. Water in fluids is the best solvent.
