Ginger Paste
1 tbsp equals 16 gm. of fresh root ginger
Garlic Paste
1 tbsp equals 1 medium sized bulb of garlic
Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tbsp equals 9 gm. of ginger and 7 gm. of garlic
Tamarind Paste
1 tbsp equals 10 gm. of tamarind

Storage
Best before 9 months from manufacture. 
Store in a cool and dark place. Use within one month after opening. 

Tomato Puree
Use in your cooking as fresh tomato puree. 2 tbsp equal 1 medium sized tomato.

Storage
Best before 9 months from manufacture. 
After opening, close flap and keep refrigerated. Use within 4-6 days. 
If not refrigerated, pack should be used the same day.
